Abstract 

In the article the necessity of developing a new concept of management of development of organic agricultural enterprises on the principles of social responsibility. This is due to their advanced features and special status in the agricultural sector of the economy. The proposed criterion of social responsibility and defines its levels. The introduction of this concept will facilitate the expansion of organic movement in Ukraine. She also highlights significant opportunities for organic agricultural enterprises, not only in the implementation of the production and ecological functions, but also social problems of rural development in General.
