Abstract

In the article methodical recommendations on the formation and development of corporate management system of integrated economic entity. The necessity of application of the developed algorithm as the approach to the analysis and formation mechanism of corporate governance integrated agricultural enterprise allows us to consider all the process as a whole. The effectiveness of the design process is provided as the performance of each stage and the speed of transition from previous step to the next.

Key words: integrated enterprise management, enterprise management, corporate governance, institutional and economic mechanism, agricultural enterprises.
