The article is devoted to substantiating a toolkit for managing land-use efficiency in agricultural enterprises. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to increase land resource productivity, ensure rational land use, and promote the long-term economic and environmental sustainability of agricultural enterprises amid limited land resources, intensifying soil degradation, and increasing competition in agricultural markets. The study aims to substantiate a comprehensive toolkit for managing land-use efficiency in agricultural enterprises, to ensure the rational use of land resources, increase land productivity, and foster the long-term economic and environmental sustainability of enterprises. The article examines the theoretical foundations of land-use efficiency, identifies the role of land resources in the management systems of agricultural enterprises, and explores the features of rational and irrational land use. Rational and irrational land use by agricultural enterprises is compared according to economic, organizational, technological, and environmental parameters. The expediency of forming a comprehensive toolkit for managing land-use efficiency, including economic, organizational-managerial, technological, environmental, and analytical components, is substantiated. A system of tools for managing land-use efficiency is proposed that provides for the assessment of the economic performance of land use, the optimization of crop area structure, the implementation of precision agriculture systems, the monitoring of soil fertility, and the use of analytical methods for efficiency evaluation. It is determined that the application of economic tools ensures profit maximization per unit of area and optimization of production costs; organizational-managerial tools ensure the formation of a rational structure of land use; technological tools increase land resource productivity; environmental tools ensure soil fertility restoration; and analytical tools support substantiated managerial decision-making regarding land use. The proposed toolkit will contribute to improving the efficiency of land resource use, ensuring environmental balance, and supporting the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises.
