The article carries out a comprehensive study of the dynamics of the economic efficiency of production and commercial activities of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in 2021–2024. The impact of macroeconomic shocks, military actions, and disruptions to logistics chains on management effectiveness is determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the structural and dynamic trends in the agricultural sector’s development and identify key factors in its adaptation to an unstable environment. The work uses methods of system analysis, comparative dynamics, structural modeling, and analytical interpretation of statistical data. It is shown that the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises is determined by production scale, specialization level, and diversification of sales markets. It is established that the digitalization of management processes and the use of analytical platforms contribute to greater flexibility and effectiveness in economic activity. A methodological approach to integrated efficiency assessment is proposed that combines resource-production and commercial-logistical components. The results obtained have practical significance for improving agrarian business development strategies, enhancing enterprise competitiveness, and developing modern management models in the context of digital transformation and global economic turbulence. The central reserves for increasing efficiency are optimizing the cost structure, modernizing production, and expanding digital management capabilities. Digital transformation lays the groundwork for integrating production, financial, and logistics processes, thereby enhancing resilience to risks. The proposed approach to assessing efficiency enables a comprehensive analysis of the interactions between internal and external development factors.
