The article scientifically substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles and develops a practical toolkit for the strategic management of the ecological and economic security of agribusiness entities in the context of the aggravation of military threats, climate change, degradation of resource potential, and the tightening of environmental standards. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that traditional approaches to managing the efficiency of agribusinesses no longer guarantee sufficient resilience in an unstable environment, since achieving profitability directly depends on the ability to anticipate the risks of depletion of land and water resources, overcome logistical and price volatility, and comply with the strict requirements of European integration. It is well established that agribusiness security should be considered an independent, integrated component of preventive management, woven into daily production plans, contracts, budgets, and internal control. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the conceptualization of the essence of an enterprise’s ecological and economic security as its integrated ability to ensure economic efficiency and continuity of economic activity without destroying the natural resource base of production. The author has developed and theoretically substantiated the cyclical architecture of a proactive management circuit that connects the identification of global risks and the diagnosis of the firm’s current state to the selection of strategic goals, resource allocation, indicator monitoring, and the flexible adjustment of decisions through feedback. A complex block mechanism for security management has been designed, combining five relevant subsystems: analytical and diagnostic, strategic and target, organizational and resource, innovative and technological, and control and correction.

Keywords: ecological and economic security, strategic management, agrarian business, global challenges, risks, sustainable development, adaptability, competitiveness.
