The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and practical approaches to the development of international partnership strategies of POLIGRAFPACK NT PLUS LLC in the context of modern global challenges. The research applies methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, SWOT analysis, economic-mathematical modeling, trend analysis, as well as system and structural-functional approaches. The results show that developing international partnerships amid wartime risks, European integration processes, and digital transformation requires comprehensive adaptation of foreign economic activity strategies. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of CRM systems, digital communication platforms, digital marketing tools, logistics optimization, and diversification of international markets as key factors for improving enterprise competitiveness and strengthening international cooperation. The study confirms that the use of digital technologies and adaptive partnership mechanisms contributes to expanding export opportunities, improving business communications, reducing transaction costs, and enhancing the efficiency of foreign economic activity. The article identifies the main challenges affecting the development of international partnership, including logistical instability, increasing competition in European markets, wartime risks, and the need to adapt business processes to EU standards. Based on the SWOT analysis of POLIGRAFPACK NT PLUS LLC, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats influencing the enterprise’s international cooperation development were determined. An organizational and economic mechanism for developing international partnership in the context of global challenges has been proposed. The scientific novelty lies in substantiating an integrated approach to forming international partnership strategies based on the combination of digital, logistical, and marketing adaptation instruments. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed mechanism takes into account the simultaneous influence of wartime risks, digital transformation, and European integration processes on the development of international cooperation. The practical significance of the study is determined by the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations, organizational and economic mechanisms, and forecast models in the process of forming international partnership strategies and improving the efficiency of foreign economic activity of enterprises. Implementing the proposed measures can strengthen competitive positions, increase export volumes, and ensure sustainable development amid global economic transformations. Prospects for further research include developing adaptive models of international partnership, digital interaction mechanisms, and methods for assessing the effectiveness of international cooperation in the context of global market transformations.
