Scientific and practical approaches to the transformation of enterprises

Abstract

Annotation. The article is devoted to the problem of systemic transformation of enterprises.  The definition of «enterprise transformation» is clarified on the basis of systematic and historical approach. It’s based on taking into account the fact of entropy system crash which occurred with the Soviet Union and its consequences, which are not eliminated so far. By «enterprise transformation» the process of organizational change in the system state of enterprises as a basic factor of its competitiveness should be understood, which is systemic in its’ nature and creates a fundamentally new emergent properties of enterprises as a new organizational integrity. The necessities of applying a systemic approach to the transformation of domestic enterprises as the most meaningful in the current economic conditions are justified.
