Dear colleagues!
We invite scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees, doctoral students, postgraduate students, and applicants for scientific degrees to publish the results of their scientific research in the scientific journal «Actual problems of innovation economy and law» (Media identifier: R30-02018. ISSN 2524-0455).
Articles written in Ukrainian or English that have not been previously published and have not been submitted for publication to other publications (including electronic ones) are accepted for publication.
The length of the article should be 8-15 pages, the structure of which should have the following elements (with indication):
- statement of the problem in general terms;
- analysis of recent research and publications;
- formulation of the objectives of the article;
- presentation of the main material of the study;
- conclusions;
- literature;
- references;
- annotations (Ukrainian, English).
The text must be printed in Microsoft Word on an A4 sheet, without page numbering, in the font “Times New Roman”, size 14 pt, line spacing – 1.5, margins – 20 mm on all sides.
UDC is placed in the upper left corner in bold letters and numbers.
Below is the JEL classification.
Information about the author (authors) is placed in the following order through an interval in the center: last name, first name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title of the author (authors), position, department, institution (organization) where the author (authors) works, below in parentheses through a comma city, country. It is mandatory to provide an ORCID ID for all authors.
Below is the name printed in the center in capital letters (bold font).
Below is the main text, font size 14 pt, paragraph – 10 mm, line spacing – 1.5, without text compression or hyphenation, and with alignment.
Tables are separated from the main text above and below by a space. If there are several tables, they are numbered with Arabic numerals (e.g., Table 1) and right-aligned. The table name is placed next to it.
Figures and formulas must be inserted into the text as objects. The image must be black and white. It is necessary to use means of visual distinction for figures and lines that carry different semantic loads in black-and-white images. To set formulas, use only the MS Equation Editor built into Microsoft Office.
In addition, the figures must be saved as separate files in the editor with which they were executed (files with the extension *.хls, *.bmp, *.tif, *.jpg, *.gif). The maximum parameters (actual dimensions) of illustrations and tables are 120×200 mm.
It is not allowed to design tables and illustrations in landscape format.
The cited literary sources must be numbered in the order of their reference in the text. The reference to the source is given in square brackets; the bibliographic description of the literature is drawn up in accordance with DSTU 8302:2015 or APA.
In the bibliographic references, it is mandatory to indicate the DOI for the sources to which it is assigned.
It is prohibited to cite in the text and include in the bibliographic lists those sources that are published in Russian in any country, as well as sources in other languages, if they are published in Russia and Belarus.
Also required references are a translation or transliteration of the literature.
Annotations in Ukrainian and English are placed before the article. The length of the Ukrainian abstract for articles in Ukrainian should be from 700 to 1000 characters, and the English abstract should be at least 1800 characters (without spaces, including keywords). The length of the Ukrainian and English abstract for articles in English should be at least 1800 characters (without spaces, including keywords).
The abstract should disclose: the purpose, research methods, research results, scientific novelty, practical significance, and prospects for further research. Before the text of the abstract, the surname, name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title of the author (authors), position, department, institution (organization) where the author (authors) work are indicated, below in parentheses, through a comma, the city, country, and title of the article in the language of the abstract. Abstracts are separated from each other by an interval, paragraph – 10 mm, italic font, 14 pt size, and width alignment. After each abstract from the paragraph, keywords and/or word combinations are indicated in the amount of 3 to 8.
Further, on a new page, information about the author(s) is provided in the form below, along with a scanned review of the Doctor of Sciences in the relevant field (if none of the authors holds a scientific degree). Pages with information about the author(s) and reviews are not included in the total number of pages. The article file name must contain the surname of the first author in Latin letters.
Articles in English must be accompanied by a Ukrainian translation.
Articles are not accepted by the editorial board in cases of: complete or partial absence of contact information; non-compliance of the article design with the established requirements; absence of a review of the Doctor of Sciences, if it is mandatory; absence of a UDC; insufficient volume of the article or annotation; insufficient number of literary sources.
