The article analyzes the main trends in human resources management in the digital economy 4.0. The rapid transformation of such technologies, economic and social conditions, and the knowledge economy require a review of essential aspects of human capital management at the enterprise level. It has been proven that digital reality forces enterprises to improve the digitalization of work inside and outside the company for their development. The number of vacancies in Ukraine is rapidly increasing, requiring employees to have at least basic information technology and communication skills on digital platforms. The ability to use them becomes an essential requirement for managers to make decisions about hiring employees considering the development of technologies. A set of essential digital competencies that an employee must possess to work at an enterprise or organization successfully and show excellent work results has been analyzed. It was determined that the increased employee requirements for introducing high-tech products led to a change in the personnel management model to new business needs. Prospective HR managers must have modern technologies at their disposal and be able to manage them effectively. They are responsible for constructing basic HR processes and their effective management. Namely, approaches to personnel selection in the conditions of Economy 4.0, management of exceptional personnel skills, implementation of a system of continuous training, etc. The transition to a digital workforce opens many opportunities for automated employer-employee interaction and the use of various platforms and tools to build new types of workplaces. The application of digital technologies in personnel management is currently at the stage of formation and development, which needs to answer all the questions. Today, in the personnel management system, digital technologies can be used in any business process; they are of particular importance.
