The article identifies the essence of «organizational and economic security» as an object of management in the management of agrarian enterprises and substantiates the principles of compliance with the organizational and economic security of agrarian enterprises in their management. The scientific interpretation of the definition «organizational and economic security of the enterprise» is substantiated by identifying it as one that characterizes the static and dynamic states of the enterprise management system, which are characterized by the absence of risks and threats to the implementation of the main activity, as well as the presence of organizational and economic opportunities to counteract their occurrence in the process of creation state of protection of economic interests and results of activity. The components of the organizational and economic security of agrarian enterprises are defined: directly the territory of the agrarian enterprise with its characteristic features; basic production and production infrastructure; social infrastructure as a set of objects and types of activities that ensure the satisfaction of cultural, organizational and household and other needs of workers and the population of rural areas. It has been proven that static and dynamic safe states of an agricultural enterprise constitute the essence of a specific object of management in management. It was established that it is expedient to highlight the organizational and economic components of compliance with the state of protection of the company’s interests and the achievement of safe conditions. The most significant stage in the mentioned process is the establishment of risks and threats due to the creation of appropriate organizational conditions and the adoption of management measures, as well as the implementation of market behavior aimed at maintaining a safe state of the enterprise’s activities. It is proven that the combination of the specified procedures determines the level of development of the economic potential of the enterprise.
