Organizational and economic mechanisms for implementing the strategy for managing integration processes

It has been established that integration processes act as a system-forming factor in economic development, ensuring more efficient use of resources, the formation of synergistic effects, and the strengthening of competitive positions of economic entities at both national and international levels. The essence of the organizational and economic mechanism is revealed as a complex, multi-level system that combines organizational structures, economic levers, regulatory instruments, and management methods to achieve strategic integration goals. Modern forms of integration, including horizontal, vertical, cluster-based, and digital, are analyzed, and their role in ensuring the adaptability of economic systems under conditions of instability, disruption of logistics chains, and resource and labor shortages is determined. The key factors influencing the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanisms are identified. Special attention is paid to assessing the synergistic effects of integration, which manifest as reduced transaction costs, increased investment attractiveness, optimized production processes, and accelerated innovation. It is determined that under wartime economic conditions, integration serves not only as a development tool but also as a mechanism for ensuring resilience and recovery of economic systems. It is substantiated that the effective implementation of the strategy for managing integration processes requires a combination of state support, development of cluster initiatives, intensification of innovation activity, and the use of modern financial instruments. It is generalized that the formation of an adaptive, flexible, and institutionally coordinated organizational and economic mechanism is a key prerequisite for enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy, ensuring its resilience in times of crisis, and facilitating Ukraine’s integration into the European economic space.
