The study found that restoring transport and logistics infrastructure is a key factor in the development of livestock farming in post-war conditions. An understanding emerged that effective logistics not only ensures the stability of production processes but also increases the country’s food security. The feasibility of using phased recovery models, which include emergency measures, restoration of basic infrastructure, clustering, and integration into national and international markets, was substantiated. The differences in modeling approaches between deoccupied and conventional territories, driven by varying levels of risk, resource provision, and strategic goals, were analyzed. Comparative analysis showed that modeling the restoration of transport and logistics infrastructure for the development of livestock farming significantly depends on the type of territory. In the deoccupied lands, the priorities are the rapid restoration of critical facilities, ensuring transportation safety, and socio-economic support for local communities. In stable regions, the emphasis is on cost optimization, process digitalization, and long-term competitiveness. It was established that the criteria for the effectiveness of recovery differ in the deoccupied areas, security and adaptive ones prevail, in the usual ones – innovative and strategic ones. Therefore, each type of territory requires its own recovery model, oriented to real needs and development opportunities. Also, the criteria for assessing logistics recovery effectiveness are systematized, with economic feasibility, implementation speed, environmental sustainability, social impact, and reliability highlighted. It is confirmed that the development of livestock farming largely depends on the level of organization of transport and warehouse processes.
