The article explores the modeling of restructuring processes for agricultural enterprises with consideration of integration trends, including vertical and horizontal integration. The focus is on developing mathematical models that optimize enterprise operations in the context of globalization and increasing competition. Effective restructuring enhances the creation of production distribution chains, resource optimization, product quality improvement, and overall competitiveness. Proposed integration models account for the specific characteristics of enterprises, enabling adaptation to contemporary market challenges. Particular attention is paid to innovative technologies, such as digital platforms, in improving management efficiency and ensuring sustainable development. The study highlights the importance of systematic approaches to restructuring, emphasizing the interconnectedness of production, financial, and logistical processes. Vertical integration models aim to unify producers, processors, and distributors into a cohesive value chain, ensuring efficient resource management and reducing operational costs. Horizontal integration models focus on consolidating enterprises of the same type to achieve economies of scale and encourage collective investment in innovation. Hybrid restructuring models are proposed, combining vertical and horizontal integration elements to adapt to specific enterprise needs. The article also addresses the necessity of aligning restructuring processes with international standards, such as ISO and Global GAP, to facilitate market access and ensure compliance with global quality benchmarks. Additionally, the research considers the impact of climate change and environmental requirements on agricultural restructuring. Strategies for minimizing risks, such as precision farming technologies, are emphasized to mitigate the adverse effects of climate variability and optimize resource use. Overall, the research underscores the importance of restructuring as a strategic tool for enhancing the adaptability and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. By incorporating integration trends, innovative technologies, and sustainability principles, the proposed approaches provide a robust foundation for enterprises’ long-term success and resilience in a dynamic global market.
