Abstract
The article is devoted to the systematization of conceptual and categorical apparatus of marketing research and marketing of agricultural enterprises. Intercommunication concepts of «marketing activity» and «sales activity» category of companies with «market product distribution» is considered. Established that as part of the process of reproduction, distribution is a key step that determines the effectiveness, and therefore the type of play. With the implementation stage of product distribution in the structure of the cycle of reproduction are accepted and implemented solutions that at the time of forming the exchange of economic performance. The expediency consideration of capital as the object of reproduction, allowing you to identify trends, ways and tools to ensure the effectiveness of all stages of the flow of the reproduction process at the micro level.
