The article substantiates a managerial approach to optimizing outsourcing business processes under conditions of transformation in the modern business environment, characterized by increasing requirements for management efficiency and the rational use of enterprise resources. It is determined that the basis for decision-making regarding the transfer of functions to outsourcing is strategic analysis, which ensures the formation of long-term goals, their adaptation to the external environment’s dynamics, and their alignment with the enterprise’s resource capabilities. It has been proven that business process optimization involves the structured identification of functions to be delegated without loss of strategic control, as well as the selection of an appropriate outsourcing model in accordance with strategic development priorities. The expediency of combining outsourcing and insourcing mechanisms within a unified business process management system is substantiated, which ensures the effective integration of internal and external resources. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of implementing standardized performance indicators and multi-criteria evaluation systems that encompass both financial and non-financial performance parameters, enabling continuous monitoring and timely adjustment of processes. It is established that the integration of digital technologies, in particular robotic process automation, artificial intelligence systems, and analytical platforms, significantly enhances management efficiency, facilitates business process reengineering, and creates a synergistic effect. The main directions of optimization are identified, including horizontal and vertical compression of business processes, which involve eliminating redundant operations, reducing hierarchical levels, and delegating authority through outsourcing tools. It has been proven that outsourcing effectiveness depends on the validity of the processes selected for delegation, their strategic importance, and the enterprise’s ability to balance economic feasibility and strategic orientation. Based on the analysis of leading companies’ practices, in particular Global Bilgi, Deloitte, Agiliway, and KPMG, it is established that modern outsourcing models focus on solution customization, process digitalization, and the integration of external competencies into the enterprise’s internal structure. It is widely held that outsourcing improves the quality of function execution, reduces costs, ensures organizational flexibility, and increases competitiveness. It is concluded that the managerial approach to outsourcing business process optimization should be based on strategic alignment, digital transformation, and comprehensive performance control, which together create the preconditions for the sustainable development of enterprises in a dynamic environment.
