Abstract
The article analyzes the innovative activity of enterprises of the agricultural sector, and the result of the introduction of innovations in agricultural production. It is established that in most agricultural enterprises the innovative system of the enterprise is absent, not established a system of management of innovative development of enterprise, innovations are unregulated and random. Moreover, the form of innovation management is “reactive” in nature, that is everything
is solved in an expeditious manner as a reaction to the occurrence of certain events.
Large enterprises in agriculture, especially those who have tens and hundreds of thousands of hectares of land in treatment, especially agricultural holdings, unable to generate and implement both their own and borrowed innovation, to forming an effective system of management of innovative development.
It is proved that the system of management of innovative development must be based on innovative target programs and the main instrument of realization of target programs should be a combination of process and design approaches to management of innovative development of the enterprise.
Defined by objects and subjects of management of innovative development, the main elements of the control mechanism.The proposed use of the principles of noomanagement in the system of management of innovative development of agricultural enterprises.
