The agri-food sector is one of the primary sources of environmental burden, including greenhouse gas emissions, soil degradation, and water pollution. Traditional methods of assessing ecological sustainability mainly cover the production phase, leaving out the significant stages of pre- and post-production activities, including waste management. In the context of growing climate instability and military risks, forming a new paradigm for sustainable development of the agri-sector, which combines the principles of life cycle assessment (LCA), circular economy, and regenerative approach, is becoming particularly relevant. The study aims to develop an integrated model for assessing the environmental sustainability of agri-food systems based on the full life cycle of products, emphasizing closing resource flows, minimizing waste, and renewing ecosystems. The study’s information base comprised domestic and foreign scientific publications, analytical reports, and regulatory acts. The methodology includes systemic, institutional analysis, theoretical generalization, and matrix approach. The paper analyzes the impact of individual phases of the life cycle on the environment, identifies the possibilities of implementing circular practices in the winemaking and oil refining industries (for example, the use of by-products to produce bioenergy, compost, biochar), and proposes indicators for assessing the regenerative potential of systems. War risks (destruction of infrastructure, logistical constraints, local environmental disasters) are considered elements of the stress model. The result is strategic recommendations for adapting agri-food enterprises to crisis conditions through implementing cyclical approaches, optimizing energy-water interdependence, using renewable energy, and using innovative management tools. The basis for the transition to a sustainable cyclical model capable of maintaining ecological balance, restoring the natural environment, and adapting to social and military challenges by integrating the life cycle of agri-food systems with the principles of the circular economy to form a paradigm of sustainable cyclicality in conditions of environmental and military vulnerability has been formed.
