This article substantiates a systemic approach to event tourism through the integrated interaction of hospitality ethics, business etiquette, tourism formalities, and business communications. Event tourism is interpreted not merely as attendance at festivals, forums, sports competitions, cultural celebrations, or religious gatherings, but as a complex managerial system in which ethical norms, behavioral standards, regulatory procedures, and communicative practices jointly determine the quality of the tourist experience and the destination’s competitiveness. The study draws on a review of contemporary academic sources and normative ethical frameworks, particularly the principles articulated in the United Nations World Tourism Organization’s Global Code of Ethics for Tourism. Comparative analysis and synthesis methods identify how the selected components interdependently shape event-driven travel. The findings show that hospitality ethics provides the moral foundation for service behavior, ensuring respect for cultural diversity, human dignity, information transparency, and tolerance toward international visitors. Business etiquette translates these ethical principles into standardized rules of professional conduct, including dress codes, communication styles, protocols, negotiation culture, and ceremonial behavior during official events. Tourism formalities, such as visa regulations, customs procedures, border control requirements, and local administrative rules, significantly shape tourist mobility and must be aligned with ethical recommendations to facilitate international travel. Business communications serve as the connective element that synchronizes all components, enabling effective interaction among event organizers, service providers, local communities, authorities, media, and visitors through verbal, nonverbal, and digital channels. The scientific novelty lies in conceptualizing these factors as a unified system rather than isolated managerial elements. Practical implications include recommendations for event organizers to harmonize ethical standards, etiquette norms, formal procedures, and communication strategies at the planning stage of tourism events. The article argues that only an integrated model based on ethical hospitality, professional etiquette, simplified formalities, and high-quality communication can ensure positive impressions, repeat visitation, and sustainable regional development through event tourism. Future research should model integrated management frameworks and assess their socio-economic effectiveness.

Keywords: event tourism; hospitality ethics; business etiquette; tourism formalities; business communications.
