The article provides comprehensive scientific substantiation and develops practical recommendations for improving land resource management systems within the management frameworks of agribusiness entities at the beginning of 2025. It is established that Ukraine’s agrarian sector has reached a point of historical tension, where the fundamental challenges of martial law intertwine with unprecedented opportunities for institutional transformation. The study substantiates that land management has evolved from a technical function into a central strategic competence that determines the survival and competitiveness of enterprises. The launch of the second stage of the land reform on January 1, 2024, which granted legal entities the right to acquire up to 10,000 hectares, has fundamentally altered the landscape of land relations, spurring a transition from extensive land-bank accumulation to intensive capitalization management. The modern paradigm of land management integrates three key vectors: digitalization, ecological sustainability, and financial inclusivity. The author analyzes regional dynamics of land prices and the impact of normative monetary valuation on market pricing. Special attention is paid to the digital transformation of the land bank through the implementation of GIS technologies and automated audit systems (such as Feodal.online), which minimize the legal risks of “fragmentation” and optimize land consolidation. The research proposes an original mathematical model of strategic land management (Sland) that integrates variables such as the ratio of owned to leased land, the level of management digitalization, soil fertility, and specific military risks (landmines and physical destruction). Furthermore, the study examines Ukrainian agribusiness’s adaptation to the requirements of the European Green Deal, particularly the “Farm to Fork” strategy. The role of emerging financial instruments, such as electronic agrarian notes, in ensuring enterprise liquidity is identified. It is concluded that the transition to regenerative agriculture and treating soil as strategic natural capital are essential conditions for ensuring business resilience and successful integration into the European economic space.
