Every day, business entities increase their presence in the information space through access to the Internet, the creation of their websites, and the use of social networks, thereby increasing the level of information threats that affect the economic security of enterprises. The greatest threat of information leakage exists from employees of enterprises, which negatively affects information security and the risk of bankruptcy. Accordingly, when introducing information technologies into organizational processes, managers need to pay due attention to the information space of protection to strengthen the economic security of enterprises — namely, those processes where the most significant activity is interconnected with human factors. Under modern conditions, implementing HR technologies of personnel management will improve the protection of the information space and strengthen the economic security of enterprises. The method of writing the article is to substantiate the introduction of HP technology of personnel protection management for the information space and strengthen the economic security of enterprises. An analysis of the structure of using information and communication technologies at enterprises was carried out. It is known that the share of enterprises that have access to the Internet is in the range of 85-88%%. It was determined that the share of enterprises using social media in the total number of enterprises is almost 30%. It was emphasized that the most extensive information dissemination channels are social networks – 25%, websites – 13%, and blogs – 7%. Suppose the share of enterprises purchasing cloud computing services in the total number of enterprises is insignificant and amounts to 10%. The need to introduce modern HR technologies in personnel management, which protect the information space and strengthen the economic security of enterprises, is substantiated. It is emphasized that today, among the methods and tools of HR technologies, which can be effectively implemented in enterprises under the influence of business processes, there is an opportunity to increase competitiveness and strengthen the economic security of the enterprise for the selection of the necessary managers.
