The article highlights the growing need for modern businesses to adopt digital technologies, which can improve business process management and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the structure and tasks of information support for the efficiency of business processes within integrated business structures, and to identify the trends and main directions of its development in the construction industry. The dynamics of rating assessments in the formation of the digital, innovative, and network potential of the state for 2021-2024 are analyzed, and its improvement in 2024 is indicated. The main innovative trends in the field of information and communication technologies are highlighted. The possibilities of increasing the efficiency of business processes within integrated business structures, utilizing information technologies, are revealed. It is emphasized that digital solutions expand the possibilities of delegating part of business processes to outsourcing, which creates the prerequisites for the implementation of various forms of integration (horizontal, network, etc.). This increases the ability of enterprises to integrate narrowly specific resources into existing value chains, which is critically important for the formation of competitive business processes. The specifics of the construction sector as an environment for the formation and development of integrated business structures are characterized. The significance of modern digital technologies in increasing the efficiency of business processes and project management in integrated networks of construction organizations is emphasized. The main digital technologies used in the business processes of the construction industry are highlighted. The expediency of prioritizing the digitalization of key business processes is emphasized. Digital solutions that enhance the efficiency of key business processes in managing construction projects are considered. The tasks of information support for strategic decision-making within the management system of an integrated business structure, in connection with the goals of strategic management, are outlined.
