By modern conditions, it is essential not only to carry out modeling and forecasting of regional recovery processes, the impact of digital technologies on the development of the national and regional economy, business entities, the labor market, improving the quality of life of the population, but also to predict the corresponding result of activities. That is why the use of foresight technology when analyzing the digital transformation processes of the national economy and their impact on ensuring innovative development is quite relevant and modern.

The importance of the digital transformation of the national economy in conditions of global instability and uncertainty as a component of innovative development is emphasized. The digital transformation of the national economy will ensure the gradual processes of post-war recovery and increase competitiveness. It has been proven that the actual research on the transformation of the national economy, as a component of innovative development, is done with the help of foresight technology. The primary purpose of foresight is to study the future model of the object or process, its positioning in the conditions of the future environment, and the determination of the transition path to the predicted (modeled) state. Taking into account the features of foresight, the forecasting model provides an expert and economic-mathematical component of the analysis of the transformation of the national economy, which is combined with expert approaches and allows the calculation of probable scenarios of the development of processes and phenomena under study, to make adjustments at each stage based on the results of discussions in expert groups, as well as to model mechanisms impact on processes to implement an optimistic scenario. The use of foresight technology will allow for the prediction of the impact of digital transformation on the innovative development of the national economy in conditions of uncertainty and instability.
