The article investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical approaches to implementing adaptive strategic management as a key tool for ensuring the viability and competitiveness of enterprises in conditions of global uncertainty. It is determined that the modern business environment is constantly influenced by geopolitical, economic, technological, and environmental changes that transform the logic of enterprise functioning and require new management models. The relevance of abandoning traditional linear strategic approaches favoring flexible, scenario-based, and crisis-oriented models capable of ensuring an adaptive response to external challenges is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital technologies (AI, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain) in transforming business models, increasing organizational flexibility, and strengthening innovation capacity. The article analyzes the domestic experience of enterprises’ adaptation during a full-scale war, including the relocation of production, the development of digital infrastructure, logistical adaptation, the diversification of sales channels, and the strengthening of anti-crisis mechanisms. International practices of strategic planning in conditions of instability are described separately: nearshoring, multi-sourcing, flexible supply chain management, and digital logistics strategies. The importance of institutional flexibility, partnership networks, open innovation ecosystems, and developing a culture of adaptability as long-term growth factors are substantiated. It is concluded that a comprehensive approach is needed to form an adaptive strategic architecture for enterprises that combine innovation, digitalization, anti-fragility, and risk management into a single integrated system for ensuring competitive advantages in conditions of constant turbulence.

Keywords: enterprises, management, digitalization, strategies, war, anti-crisis strategies, uncertainty, innovation.
