Food security is considered a key component of national security, with strategic importance that determines the level of social stability, economic independence, and population well-being. It is noted that real threats to providing the population with high-quality and affordable food exist under current global challenges, including increasing instability, economic crises, climate change, and disruptions in international trade relations. An analysis of the dynamics of change reflecting development trends, based on the identified relationship among agricultural sector production, product exports, and financial stability, has been provided. It has been proven that this triangle of relationships forms the basis for providing the population with high-quality food products and for maintaining Ukraine’s position in the world market. Production is proposed as a basis for the food system, as stable results in the agricultural sector meet domestic needs and create export potential. Exports constitute a significant part of the state’s financial resources. Financial stability is considered the result of the balance between production and export. It is well established that strong performance in the agricultural sector and stable exports ensure foreign exchange inflows, which enable investment in agricultural development and social programs. It is noted that it is critically important for Ukraine to ensure sustainable production, diversify export markets, and build financial reserves to minimize the risks of global instability and domestic crises. Ukraine’s food security must be guaranteed through a comprehensive approach that includes diversifying export markets, adapting production to climate change, establishing strategic reserves, and implementing an effective financial policy. Using the relationship among production, exports, and financial stability enables the creation of a functional system in which production meets domestic needs, exports earn foreign exchange, and financial stability supports investments in development and social support. The basis for ensuring food security in Ukraine amid global crises and modern threats has been proposed.
