The contemporary development of global and national economies is characterized by profound structural transformations driven by Industry 4.0 technologies and the urgent need for agribusiness entities to adapt to unprecedented environmental challenges. Under the conditions of martial law, global climate crisis, financial instability, and logistics disruptions, traditional reactive security frameworks prove ineffective. This study addresses the critical transformation of agribusiness security management from a reactive posture to a proactive, data-driven system. The research objective is to provide comprehensive theoretical and methodological substantiation of information-analytical support for agribusiness security management through digitalization, develop an integrated multi-vector risk assessment model based on the Digital Twin concept, and define strategic priorities to mitigate modern threats within the context of wartime shocks and European Green Deal requirements. A comprehensive technological stack for IAS is developed and structured across five functional layers: sensory, geoinformation, transactional, cognitive, and registration. The study introduces an architectural framework for a corporate Digital Twin, mathematically defined as a vector function of multi-dimensional state indicators. Additionally, a specialized seven-step contingency algorithm is conceptualized to maintain operational continuity under martial law, while an integrated threat matrix matches specific endogenous and exogenous vulnerabilities with precise digital monitoring tools and strategic response measures. The transition toward a digitalized IAS framework fundamentally changes the management paradigm by eliminating information asymmetry and minimizing human-factor errors. To align with the European Green Deal and mitigate environmental tax risks, integrating precision agriculture and data-driven carbon footprint monitoring is essential. To foster trust and protect commercial privacy within the digital ecosystem, Ukraine must implement the principles of the EU Code of Conduct on agricultural data sharing, ensuring absolute data sovereignty for farmers. Overcoming systemic barriers such as high capital costs, the digital divide, and labor shortages requires robust public-private partnerships and the creation of European Digital Innovation Hubs.
