Under martial law, the digitalization of transport and logistics enterprises is critically important not only for improving the economic efficiency of logistics processes, but also for ensuring rapid adaptation, continuity of transportation, and minimization of security risks. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the role of digital innovations as key drivers of development and resilience of Ukraine’s transport and logistics business in the conditions of martial law. It has been proven that digital innovations are key drivers of economic efficiency, improving the quality of logistics services, and ensuring the safety of transportation during military operations. An analysis of the main global trends in the digital transformation of the transport and logistics business was conducted, which enabled the identification of key priorities (digitalization of transportation processes, warehouse logistics, and customer communication) and the main digital tools successfully implemented in logistics. The level and dynamics of digitalization of domestic enterprises in the transport and logistics sector are studied. It is established that the level of digital transformation remains rather low and uneven. While leading logistics operators implement a wide range of modern digital technologies, medium-sized and small enterprises are forced to limit themselves to basic digital tools or postpone digitalization altogether. It is emphasized that in the presence of numerous institutional, financial, human resource, and technical barriers, the comprehensive implementation of digital technologies requires the formation of a coordinated state policy in this area. This includes modernization of the regulatory environment at the macro level, development of infrastructure and reduction of the digital divide at the regional level, harmonization of standards and formation of digital ecosystems at the sectoral level, and improvement of the operational efficiency of logistics operators.

Keywords: logistics, transport and logistics business, digital technologies, innovations in transport and logistics activities.
