The article examines the economic impact of crises on the management system for state corporate rights in a volatile macroeconomic environment. The essence of state corporate rights is revealed as an instrument for implementing public economic policy and ensuring strategic control over key sectors of the economy. Attention is paid to the analysis of transformational processes in the management system of such rights under the influence of financial, economic, political, and global crises. The main factors causing a decline in the efficiency of managing state assets in times of crisis are identified, including reduced enterprise profitability, a deteriorating investment climate, increased managerial risks, and limited resources available to support the corporate sector. Mechanisms for adapting public governance to crisis challenges are analyzed, including improvements in corporate governance practices, enhanced transparency in state-owned enterprises’ operations, optimization of ownership structures, and the adoption of modern performance evaluation approaches. The necessity of reforming the system for managing state corporate rights to increase its resilience to the impacts of crises is substantiated. The article proposes directions for improving public policy in this area, including strengthening the institutional capacity of governing bodies, implementing international corporate governance standards, and developing systems for monitoring economic risks. It is concluded that effective management of state corporate rights is a key factor in ensuring economic stability and facilitating economic recovery in the post-crisis period.
