The article examines the features of anti-crisis management in logistics companies as a systemic tool for ensuring the stability of the Ukrainian economy under conditions of full-scale war and as a key engine of post-war reconstruction. The purpose of the study is the theoretical and methodological justification and development of practical recommendations for the application of anti-crisis management by logistics companies in conditions of war and during the restoration of the Ukrainian economy, taking into account the deepening of European integration processes. The methodological basis of the study is the method of generalization, as well as systemic, structural-functional, and comparative approaches. It is determined that anti-crisis management in the logistics sector is a complex, critically important system that integrates strategic, tactical, and operational levels.  Critical factors for the success of implementing crisis transformations in the management of logistics enterprises in the context of rebuilding the economy of Ukraine with a strategic transformation of the logistics sector are substantiated: strengthening risk management in supply chains and developing continuity plans taking into account alternative routes, reserve warehouses and capacities, using effective insurance mechanisms, modernizing transport corridors and integrating into the TEN T network, developing multimodal hubs, strengthening partner networks through effective coordination, improving management practices with an emphasis on human capital, digital transformation and harmonization with EU standards. The practical significance of the research results lies in their potential to inform the development of crisis strategies for logistics companies to improve management efficiency in wartime, ensure operational sustainability through business continuity plans, and formulate strategies for the sustainable post-war development of Ukraine’s logistics sector.

Keywords: crisis management in logistics companies, wartime management, economic reconstruction of Ukraine, resilience, European integration.
