Conceptual principles of anti-crisis management of the results of economic activity of enterprises

The article explores the theoretical principles of forming a system of anti-crisis management of the results of economic activity of enterprises in conditions of instability of the external environment, war risks, and growing economic uncertainty. Modern scientific approaches to understanding the essence of anti-crisis management are summarized, and their significance for ensuring the stable functioning of economic entities is determined. It is established that effective anti-crisis management should be based on a combination of preventive, stabilizing, and reactive directions of managerial influence, which ensures timely identification of crisis threats, localization of negative processes, and formation of prerequisites for long-term development of the enterprise. The main theoretical approaches to forming a system of anti-crisis management of the results of economic activity of enterprises are systematized, including systemic, process, functional, situational, resource, strategic, risk-oriented, diagnostic, value-oriented, and controlling. It is substantiated that their comprehensive application ensures the consistency of management decisions, timely response to crisis phenomena, and increases the adaptability of the enterprise and the efficiency of using its resource potential. Particular attention is paid to determining the role of controlling as an integrating element of the anti-crisis management system. It is proved that controlling provides information and analytical support for the processes of planning, diagnostics, monitoring, control, and adjustment of management decisions, contributes to the timely detection of deviations, risk assessment, and the justification of management actions. The author proposes an interpretation of the concepts of “anti-crisis management” and “anti-crisis management system for the results of the enterprise’s economic activity” that takes into account the continuity of the management process and the integration of controlling, risk management, diagnostics, forecasting, and information and analytical support. The components of the system, its principles, functions, subjects, objects, and the sequence of implementation of management processes are determined. The results obtained form a theoretical basis for the further development of methodological approaches to building modern systems of anti-crisis management of enterprises. They can be used as a basis for developing practical mechanisms for increasing the effectiveness of economic activities of business entities.
