Abstract

Professional training of future specialists who will be competitive in the labor market today is kind of requirement for modern education. Competence approach to training should cover, along with specific knowledge and skills students their ability, commitment to knowledge for professional work, social skills. Based important tools competency approach and proposed article summarizes the main components of competency profile and developed it to the chief accountant. Require further development, analysis and synthesis the question of determining the content and structure of professional competence of accountants.
