Classification of directions and methods of stimulation of personnel in the implementation of organizational changes

Abstract

In the article the basic classifications and types of methods of personnel stimulation are considered. These methods have been developed by scientists and used at the modern enterprises. The author was carried out the analysis of these classifications and proposed new classification of personnel stimulation. The new classification of personnel stimulation includes the directions of its perfome at the company in the sphere of the implementation of organizational changes. It was revealed that one of the most important aspects that affect not only staff efficiency, but also on the effectiveness of the organizational changes in the enterprise, is encouraging. Selected two directions of stimulation of the personnel in the organizational change, namely: promoting participation in the implementation of organizational changes in the enterprise and improving the efficiency of the personnel in the implementation of organizational changes in the enterprise.
