Architecture of strategic management of the development of investment provision of an enterprise in conditions of economic instability

The article substantiates the need to interpret enterprise investment support under conditions of economic instability not as an isolated financial block, but as an integrated strategic management system combining the processes of identifying investment needs, selecting financing sources, forming an investment portfolio, assessing risks, monitoring performance, and adjusting managerial decisions. It is proven that in the modern unstable environment, investment activity increasingly depends on the volatility of the cost of capital, fluctuations in demand, changes in market conditions, growing regulatory pressure, digital transformation, and a wide range of financial, security, resource, and organizational risks. Under such conditions, the traditional interpretation of investment support as a mere set of resources becomes insufficient, since it does not explain how an enterprise maintains the manageability of investment processes, ensures their consistency with long-term development goals, and adapts to changes in the external environment. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the architecture of strategic management of the development of enterprise investment support under economic instability and to determine the key functional blocks, interconnections, and feedback contours through which the effectiveness of investment activity is ensured. The methodological basis of the article includes systems, process, and strategic approaches, which make it possible to interpret investment support as a dynamic management system, as well as the logic of risk-oriented management, which integrates investment decisions with the parameters of enterprise economic security. The proposed architecture is interpreted as a structured model for organizing the investment process, in which each block performs a separate function while simultaneously being subordinated to the unified logic of achieving economic stability and the enterprise’s strategic priorities. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using the proposed approach to build internal regulations for investment activity, improve the quality of managerial decisions, strengthen risk control, and form an adaptive mechanism for investment development under instability.
