The article analyzes the structure of mechanisms for strategic management of mobilization and the development of an agricultural enterprise’s economic potential as a complex, multi-level system, including functional, organizational, and digital components. It is proven that the effectiveness of strategic management largely depends on the enterprise’s ability to adapt to environmental changes and integrate resources, competencies, and technologies into a single system of sustainable development. The paper also examines the conceptual foundations of the strategic imperative, which is a key factor in transforming economic potential and shaping competitive advantage in the agricultural sector. An analysis of the structure and functions of the management system is made, within which the primary levels are distinguished: resource, organizational, economic, strategic, and digital. It is shown that the multi-layered organization of management mechanisms increases the efficiency of potential mobilization by coordinating the interests of various participants and creating synergy among the enterprise’s subsystems. Considerable attention is paid to the role of digital technologies that increase the adaptability, flexibility, and analytical transparency of management systems. Key organizational and economic adaptation mechanisms are identified – planning, strategic forecasting, monitoring, and control – which are the foundation for the implementation of strategic potential. It is emphasized that the sustainable development of agrarian business is achieved through a combination of strategic, innovative, and resource management, and that the architecture’s stability is ensured by its continuous updating. The results obtained have practical significance for improving strategic management systems, creating digital planning platforms, and developing models of adaptive development of agricultural enterprises.
