The article examines the fundamental transformation of the concept of corporate socio-economic security (SES) amid the global turbulence of 2024–2025. The author analyzes the transition from a static “perimeter defense” strategy to a dynamic resilience architecture built on the integration of technological innovations and human-centric management. The research is grounded in the Trade Risk Society (TRS) theory, the systemic paradigm, and the Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework. The mathematical apparatus relies on an additive model of indicator synthesis using dynamic weighting coefficients that account for the non-linear impact of military and technological threats. A five-stage algorithm for implementing an SES management system has been developed, spanning from in-depth diagnostics to proactive monitoring with agentic AI models. It is proved that the use of digital tools (Big Data, AI) increases forecasting accuracy and management decision-making efficiency by 30%. Attention is paid to sectoral specificities: adaptive management in agribusiness, cyber resilience in the IT sector, and human capital reintegration across the general economy. The study identifies that the SROI methodology serves as a key tool for monetizing personnel loyalty and reputational benefits, providing a social value ratio of 1:3. It is demonstrated that in the 2025 environment, socio-economic security transforms from a “cost center” into a “value creation center.” The implementation of the proposed procedures enables the minimization of direct losses, the optimization of human capital utilization, and the strengthening of the enterprise’s investment attractiveness. Only a systemic combination of economic interests, technological protection, and social guarantees ensures business viability under conditions of extreme exogenous shocks.
