Introduction. The economic environment requires agricultural enterprises to focus on strategic analysis of their activities. This is the basis for maintaining an adequate level of their competitiveness and profitability. Existing strategic analysis methods do not fully meet today’s realities. In this regard, it is necessary to find new ways in the strategic analysis of agricultural enterprises.
The purpose of the article is to research and substantiate methods of strategic analysis of economic results in the activities of agricultural enterprises.
Results. Factors of development of agricultural enterprises are generalized. Increased level of dynamism and uncertainty of the environment were noted. The causes of changes in agribusiness have been identified. The necessity to improve the methods of internal strategic analysis is substantiated. Strategic assets of agrarian enterprise have been determined.
The concept of competitive advantage sustainability is characterized. The concept and model of dynamic internal strategic analysis of agrarian enterprises are offered. The advantages of the proposed model are given. The structure of the model is presented. The model is aimed at identifying strategic assets of the enterprise and determining the directions of their effective use. The sequence of analysis stages and strategic assets evaluation of the enterprise is formed. The groups of dynamic abilities of the agroindustrial enterprise to evaluate its economic results have been determined. Methods for estimating agrarian enterprise resource groups are proposed.
Conclusions. The strategic analysis using in the agrarian enterprises activities promotes more informed management strategic decisions. This allows to prevent crisis situations at the enterprise. New conditions require businesses to find more effective strategic analysis methods for managerial decision-making. Particular attention needs to be paid to the dynamism of modern markets.
