Strategic management of food business development on the basis of increasing the competitiveness of products

Abstract

The article contains a study and a comparative analysis of the strategic directions development of the food industry enterprises on the basis of the product competitiveness increasing. It is proved that the strategic development of food enterprises is based on the implementation of effective strategies for economic growth and is largely determined by the mechanism for improving their food products competitiveness. This requires enterprises to continuously monitor the competitiveness of their products. The process of managing the food enterprise competitiveness is presented. A model of competitiveness of the food enterprise has been developed. The strategic zones of management in the model of food enterprises competitiveness are highlighted. A conceptual scheme of the organizational and economic mechanism for the strategic planning of the food enterprise competitive development is provided.
