Program development to stimulate personnel for implementing organizational changes in the enterprise

Abstract

A program for personnel incentives to carry out organizational changes at the enterprise has been developed. The stages of the personnel stimulation program to organizational changes in the enterprise are grounded, among them: preparation, the program development, the program implementation, evaluation of the program activities effectiveness. The purpose of the program, the target indicators of its evaluation and program objectives are proposed, among which priority is the reserves identification to prevent resistance to organizational changes and possible directions of motivational influence from management, implementation of which will increase the readiness of staff to change and increase the productivity of their work.

Key words: personnel stimulation, organizational changes, program of stimulation, resistance to changes, resistance prevention, program-target approach.
