The article attempts to consider the impact of socioeconomic indicators on monitoring of energy saving processes in the business environment by identifying several factors, compliance with which is an essential component of improving the efficiency of any industry. Through a systematic analysis of human resources at an enterprise, specific approaches have been applied, which have made it possible to use various motivational factors to stimulate labor activity. In this regard, special attention is paid to several scientific theories which differently consider approaches to motivational aspects and their impact primarily on the employee. The authors present Maslow’s theory of motivation, Aldefer’s theory of needs qualification, and McGregor’s model of professional motivation. As a result of the existing approaches, it was possible to generalize and specify the provisions for developing a single crucial strategy for developing a motivational mechanism that could stimulate and maintain the level of professional performance of employees in socioeconomic systems at the proper level, subject to energy-saving principles. The goals of the motivational mechanism are to reduce the specific energy intensity of labor in the provision of labor services. As a result of the goals, we should expect a triple effect in the environmental, economic, and production areas. In turn, the ecological impact will be achieved through energy saving, as the unnecessary mass of harmful substances in the ecosystem is limited. The use of alternative energy sources will play an important role here. The economic effect will be seen in possible cost savings for production purposes and maximization of the company’s revenue. Economic benefits and environmental impact in socioeconomic systems should be expected if the required production effect is achieved at the enterprise by saving energy resources. However, using a system of motivation for energy saving at enterprises is one of the country’s sustainable energy reproduction goals. However, several other circumstances contribute to this. We are talking about the use of investment resources by an enterprise to modernize its assets and labor means, which are automated and cost-effective in terms of long-term use. Their technical characteristics and parameters allow them to operate in the energy-saving mode based on the principles of an environmentally appropriate balance. The particular social effect can be achieved in winter and autumn. Therefore, theoretically summarizing the above issues, energy-saving monitoring in socioeconomic systems is realized through several vital components. It is essential, as it provides environmental, economic, and production effects.
