Abstract

The scientific aspects of monitoring and control of financial and economic activity of enterprises in the system of economic science and practice of their activities are considered. It is proved that monitoring and control, as one of the functions of management at enterprises, is a system for monitoring and checking the operation process and the actual state of the managed object in order to assess the validity and effectiveness of the management decisions made and the results of their implementation, to detect deviations from the requirements of these decisions, eliminate unfavorable situations and signal the management of the enterprise.
