Methodological principles of construction of mechanisms of management of innovative-investment development of agribusiness entities

Abstract

The paper identified methodological principles of construction of mechanisms of management of innovative-investment development of agribusiness entities. Asked to consider the investment management mechanism and resource potential of the enterprise with the aim of improving its efficiency, in three spectra, namely as an investment financing mechanism, the mechanism of formation of conditions for innovative-investment measures and investment the management mechanism of distribution of investment resources. It is established that the main objective of the investment mechanisms of development of resource potential of agricultural enterprises is an investment to provide for expanded reproduction of agricultural producers through the introduction of advanced resource-saving technologies to achieve maximum effect from the use of borrowed resources. Proven success in functioning investment mechanisms is a timely and optimal combination of individual management methods and tools. Lack of timeliness in identifying weaknesses of the mechanism can lead to a significant reduction in the efficiency of invested funds, which actualizes the relevance in decision-making regarding the implementation of investment and innovative development of agricultural enterprises. Proposed to interpret the investment mechanism of the development of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises as a set of targeted forms and sources of investments, principles, methods, tools and levers of influence on the accumulation and use of innovative resources for development of resource potential of agricultural enterprises, as well as the data management system processes, which should provide justification of directions of investments, maximizing investment efficiency, reduce costs and risks. Reasonably effective investment mechanisms of development of resource potential of agricultural enterprises and on the basis of their proposed alternative investment strategy in conditions of limited access to investment resources.
