Abstract
The study formed an integral system aimed at maximizing profits, professional sports organizations, which takes into account the managerial, marketing, export, information technology, innovation and investment potentials of the organization, and implements the additional possible use of material and financial resources. This system allows to predict the conditions under which profit is maximized due to efficient use of resources of certain segments of the organization.
