The coronavirus pandemic has shown weaknesses in the medical system and poor health, which has severe consequences in Ukraine and worldwide. It is the responsibility of the people to ensure that their efforts strengthen them. Everyone knows that the easiest way is to do sports and health activities. State regulation and management structure of sports and health activities in Ukraine is a very temporary and relevant study. However, external factors of influence force to actualize researches of the state regulation and structure of management of sports and improving activity in Ukraine according to modern conditions. The purpose of article is to study the state regulation and management structure of sports and health activities in Ukraine under current conditions. Results. The state regulation and structure of sports management and health-improving training in Ukraine are investigated. The state management system for developing physical activities and sports in Ukraine is given. It is revealed that the state regulation system of sports and health activities is divided into central, regional, local, and urban levels. It is determined that state regulation in the field of sports and health activities is through the formation of state policy in this area, the creation of relevant government agencies, financial, logistical, personnel, information, regulatory and other support for physical activities and sports, as well as recognition of wide amateur status of physical activities and sports movement in Ukraine and complex interaction of state bodies with public organizations of physical culture and sports orientation. Conclusions. It was emphasized that Ukraine had taken significant steps in forming an inclusive society. Creating a barrier-free environment and creating inclusive education to socialize all people with limited abilities. It is determined that in recent years, Ukrainian Paralympic athletes have won many awards and they are among the five most potent teams. The need to form Paralympic and Dephlympic sports as a strategic goal of the state development in the field of physical activities and sports in Ukraine was emphasized.
