The article proposes an integrated indicator of labor potential, which is a functional dependence of indices determined by a system of private indicators that characterize psycho-physiological, educational, vocational, leadership, socio-psychological, gender and age potential, working time potential, adjusted for working time, adjusted effect from the interaction of enterprise personnel. The latter can be positive or negative, depending on the effectiveness of the mechanism of labor potential management as an element of general management of the enterprise, the result of which is the formation of “external” factors, namely labor rationing and production organization, motivation system, labor capital. A systematic presentation of the methods used to determine the indicators included in the structure of the integrated indicator of labor potential at the level of individual employees: quantitative, qualitative and combined. Quantitative methods include: rating method, method of defined distribution, ranking method. Qualitative methods include: interview method, freelance method, business game method, matrix method, 360 degree method, descriptive method, decision assessment method, committee method. Combined methods are: questionnaire method, parameter comparison method, testing, sum assessment method, classification method, behavior observation scale method, assessment method based on competency models. The calculation of each of the indices included in the formula is based on a system of indicators. At the same time, we included in the evaluation system indicators that meet the following requirements: analytical (ability to explain the causes of phenomena); correctness (sufficient probability of the displayed research object); predictability and dynamism (suitability to reflect changes in a process or phenomenon over time); unambiguity (allow only one interpretation); measurable (quantifiable); efficiency (the result when applied should exceed the costs associated with obtaining this result); documentary (based on reliable data of primary accounting and reporting).
