Innovative investment practice of rural development as sustainable socio-economic system

Abstract

Development is an indispensable element of the systems existence that represent continuous movement, evolution of space and structures. The article describes how to search substantiation of directions and mechanisms in solving social problems through sustainable development under conditions of activation of internal potential of the territory. Every person dynamic systems, whose evolution can make the process of self-improvement. People change the environment by theirs existence. Human activity is possible only in harmony with nature, which is achieved through environmentally friendly waste-free life, bioadequate holistic approach to education and training, and maintenance of organic farming and permaculture design. Scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematic approach to the study of the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of rural development with a view to ensuring its internal character, enhancing the role of private investment, introduction of innovations in livelihoods and economic conditions on the principles of public-private partnership. Analytical research from the standpoint of statistical analysis provides the practical significance of the data presented. The prospects for further research based on the methodological implementation of the mechanism of development of rural territories through the implementation of the concept of «family Homestead».
