Human factor of intellectual resources as the main in ensuring the company’s readiness to change

Introduction. The problem of formation and use of intellectual resources is actively considered at the state, regional and macro level. Their role is enhanced in the process of use along with other resources. Human factor is important.

The purpose of the article is to explore intellectual resources as a basis in the process of ensuring enterprise readiness for change.

Results. The definition of «intellectual resources» is given. A component structure of intellectual resources is proposed. The following components are distinguished: intellectual property, interspecific resources, infrastructure resources, marketing resources, human resources. The functions of each component are given. The distinction between intellectual and material, financial and informational resources is determined. The role of human resources in improving the efficiency of the enterprise is substantiated. The need to review the role of human resources in socio-economic processes is emphasized. The components of economic culture, which most influence the economic behavior of a person, are distinguished. Strategies of human-worker behavior are generalized. The relationship and interdependence of enterprise and human development is shown. The priority of the person role is social-spiritual. The role of motivation in human development is noted. Groups of people with different reactions to implemented changes are distinguished and characterized. Structural (organizational) and psychological barriers are outlined and characterized. A list of methods to overcome resistance to change has been developed. The advantages and disadvantages of the approaches to the elimination of resistance are described.

Conclusions. Instability of economic environment of the enterprise functioning creates difficulties in work of people. However, intellectual resources are the key to enterprise development. In this regard, it is advisable to review the perceptions of these resources as they are used.
