Abstract
The theoretical, methodical and methodological aspects of training of administrative personnels are considered in the conditions of forming of their intercultural professional communication. The criteria of formed of intercultural professional communication of managers are certain. The results of scientific and practical researches are analysed on determination of influence of the offered model of preparation on the level of development of intercultural professional communication of future specialists-managers.
