Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of factors of economic growth of regions in conditions of disproportionality. It was investigated that under the conditions of today the questions of study of existing tendencies and patterns of economic development of separate territories, provision of conditions and possibilities of their economic growth became urgent. The main purpose of economic growth is to increase the volume of economic and as derivatives of social benefits, which contribute to improving the living standards of the population, to create a stable favorable socio-economic situation in the country, and to increase its international credibility. Two groups of factors were formed: direct and indirect, which allow a comprehensive assessment of the dynamics and quality of economic growth in the regions. It is determined that the present theoretical and methodological basis of the research of economic growth is not enough to answer the challenges caused by the globalization processes and peculiarities of socioeconomic transformations that are taking place in our country now.

Key words: economic growth, region, regional policy, factors, disproportionality.
